I feel like I just watched my best friend forget his lines at the school play.

What is that lesson, exactly? Don't ever trust women because they are all lying bitches? Good lesson - for me, that is, getting Erik to turn gay and suck
my dick.

or the lesson could be ... be very wary of the one your married to.... especially if you have a life insurance policy...

Erik is the player with most topics in this forum. His stupidity made history.

Yeah I felt real bad for the poor guy.

Cirie voiced the life lesson in for voting confessional - which is one reason I can't see Erik as the underdog. What Tom did to Ian was worse.

That was incredibly painful to watch. I just felt so bad for him. Although Erik giving away the idol will probably go down as the stupidest move in Survivor
history (especially when he saw all the blindsides by people who didn't play the HII), I think it was more the case of him being WAY too naive and trusting
and not being able to read people when the signs were obvious that they were playing him. He even had a chance to figure it out at the last second and keep
immunity, with all the smiling and whispering going on among the women, and the open-mouthed awe, disbelieving stares and snickers from everyone on the jury as
well as the players when he started in with his speech about "redeeming himself." How could he not have seen any of this? The sad irony is that if he
keeps the II, he's got as good a chance as any of them in getting the votes at FTC. Being the last man standing, and making it to the end as a fan
(novice), with no strong alliance to protect him for much of the game, against this seasoned group of veteran players, would've definitely meant something
to some of the jurors.

well bad play, but really i'm way more amazed and in awe of the brilliance by how they got him to give up immunity than anything.

I usually love blindsides, but this one was just painful and uncomfortable to watch.
And Erik seems like a really nice guy, so I kind of feel bad that he has to get stuck with the "Dumbest Player In Survivor History" label. It would have been so much more satisfying if it had happened to an arrogant asshole like Fairplay. |

Why, Erik, why?
That was painful. |

That was awesome, I loved it. I still can't believe the girls pulled it off. I mean I really think most of the credit goes to them working him over, cause
Erik isn't a stupid guy. The girls turned a 100% solid no into a yes... that's impressive.

It has nothing to do with being naive, hes just a fucking moron. A braindead 5 year old could realize that you should never ever give up immunity...especially
RIGHT before the finals. Wtf could possibly be worth that?
I don't feel bad for him at all. Hes an idiot. I mean hes 22, hes not 12. I'm 22 and I would've held on to that shit for dear life and kicked poor Clemmy out the door. |

Erik just wants everyone to like him. Ian was the same way.
I guess I'm a big softie at heart, because I cringe when players get embarrassed like that on TV. Especially when they're nice people. Erik isn't cut out for the social aspect of the game. He's not mean enough. That's a good thing in real life, but bad if you want to win Survivor. |

He's a nice guy, so that was just painful to watch.. I didn't enjoy that at all.

For the sake of discussion: I'm pretty sure the mind isn't working 100% after being in his situation for 36 days. Throw in the fact that he's too
trusting, naive and starstruck to make a rational decision. Pretty easy for us to judge him when all we do is watch him in one hour blocks once a week from the
comforts of our living rooms. But yes it was very stupid of him. Hopefully he cut up a prostitute once he got home.
