see, I just don't hear the similarities in AG v. Halo at all.

If no one told me that these songs sounded alike I wouldn't even think about it and I think that's what the majority of radio listeners are going to feel like as well.

Lyrically, vocally and delivery wise they are two completely different songs. The only thing they have in common is Ryan Tedder.

I'm not sure Cry would benefit greatly from a radio edit. Again, like Sober. The brilliance of that entire song is the build up and something got lost in the radio edit. Not that it couldn't have been a hit with label support but they released it during Summer which was also a major fuck up on their part. You don't release ballads during summer.

you know, I was listening to these songs while I cleaned today and when Cry came on I was actually caught off guard with how beautiful that song is. I mean, I knew I loved it but I think I'm gonna retract my prior opinion and agree that CRY needs to be a single. It would be the BOY of this album for sure.

IF AG is released Kelly will do radio interviews and talk about the song and when it was recorded with Ryan and I'm guessing that will settle that issue. Besides that the songs are completely different in content even if to some they sound similar in the structure. One is a love song to another person and the other is about breaking up with someone. Vocally they couldn't be more different either.

any of those except Long Shot would be great. I'm vehemently opposed to her releasing another Katy Perry song. I wish she had released long shot instead of hook up because I actually like long shot better but one Katy Perry release is good enough. I'm pulling for DLMSY personally. I love the attitude of that song

see i feel that way about Tip of my Tongue. I absolutely love that song! My daughter actually hated this CD until she heard TOMT and because she always wanted to hear that song she finally really listened to the rest of the CD and now she says it's the best CD Kelly's done so far. Of course everytime she pushes the button to play the CD in the car I have to give her a hard time by reminding her how she hated that CD at first and now she wants to play it even more than I do
