Oh, I really doubt it. The car curse always comes in play, hahahaha!
Anyway, since the advertising is there, I feel that there's a car challenge coming, but as hagiz1 said, probably only on the next episode. They normally advertise it a lot more.

I think we think the challenge involves finding the first bag, working a line on the puzzle table, and using that information to find the second bag, etc? But
is Erik carrying two bags here? Did someone else (*cough*Cirie*cough*) dig one of his up by accident and he grabbed it?

Where is the second bag? I thought the yellow thing at his left arm is the yellow scarf identifying his color (or did you mean somewhere else)

and I wanna know what the big gigundo ropes laying at the end of the track are for. Erik looks like when he reaches end of track he is bending for them
The pic of Erik that bl posted though does indicate more than one bag because in this one it is in right hand and he is not all sandy
This one (yes I know he could have transferred hands) is in another hand and he is all sandy (yes I know he is sandy in the above picture and the lighting and shading from below pic could make him look more sandy but I'm trying here)

I believe the ropes are for a rope puzzle. Like the ones from Exile Island, remember? Two coordinates, cross your ropes and dig!

Erik looks like when he reaches end of track he is bending for [the big gigundo ropes]I think he's actually bending for the board. I think it is the first coordinate set or whatever the directions are. (In the running picture, he is stepping over the board, so it wasn't anything he needed to attach the ropes or to dig.) Yeah, I'm thinking since Erik is right-handed, if he had one thing and wanted to pick up another thing, he would stick the first thing under his left arm. Although it's possible the second thing is just that he needs to collect his rope or something, except it seems like you'd just leave that and move it when you come back with the coordinates for the next bag. I dunno, maybe it's just his shirt in the running picture. (Stupid bag of rocks, giving the person in the yellow shirt the yellow lane.) I'm not sure about the sand density analysis. Some of it will probably be falling off as he runs... |
