I think this will help Jason, though. And I'm very proud of him for telling her that she threw him off and his throat was closing up. How in all fairness can you go out and sing after someone told you that they made their mind up already?

Exactly. Like I said in the other thread, even if nothing comes of this scandal, at the very least it will probably make contestants less afraid to speak their mind and talk back to the judges if they feel slighted. When they already have their minds made up before your performance, you might as well fight back since you're probably screwed anyway.
