2man correctly points out Ryan inadvertantly lead her down this path. And yes, the judges do change their opinions formed from the rehearsal performances based on the live performances. Simon's come out and said so a few times during the shows, saying things like "well when I heard that in rehearsal, I thought yada yada, but you know, that was actually yada yada." |

God the Castro fans on the scary boards are so fucking annoying. Jason sucks and deserves to go home (as does Brooke) and now they've all taken Paula's
screw up as an excuse to say it's rigged. They're all Jason's going home tonight because it's rigged and it's all Paula's fault. They
planned this all along, blah, blah, blah. Shut the fuck up asshats. It's not as if his performances were so amazing that he saved himself and somehow
doesn't deserve to go home. Maybe they were less sucky than Brooke or Archtard in some people's opinions but they weren't mind boggling good or
redeeming. At this point it's not a matter of everyone being good and the performances determining the elimination. Now most of them deserve to go home and
it's just a matter of only being able to kick out one per week.

To be honest none of this surprised me in the least. It has always been clear to me Nigel tells them what to say before the show even happens. He listens to the rehersals, and lays out what he wants to happen before the live show starts. He lets the judges carry out his agenda, and it almost always works. I mean really, think about this honestly, why the change of heart in Paula all of a sudden. She's been his only real fan of all the judges this season, and Nigel has come out and said this week that he wants Castro gone. It's all a underhanded scheme |

Written comments of a performance that hadn't yet taken place? Not exactly proof of rigging, but lends credibility that the judges have their minds made up
before the show. She could've played it off better if she hadn't contradicted herself about David C or made it a point to say that she had notes. i
mean, come on, if she can't remember the last 20 minutes enough to know that it was only the first round, she needs to just stay home.

Yeah, at the very least it makes it hard to take anything she says seriously from now on (not that we ever could take her seriously).
I think contestants will be less afraid about talking back to the judges after this incident. I would, if I thought I was being judged on a completely different performance. |

Paula's notes for next week have already leaked. As she doesnt know who leaves, she had to do notes for all five:

I realize at this point, the judges are just there to give their opinions - but it makes me wonder about her judgement during the earlier stages of the competition. She always seems to like people for the wrong reasons. I'm sure they could find someone more relevant and stable that isn't busy to be a judge. Seriously, how many millions of people have to sit by and watch the producers enable Paula? On the other hand, she's such a trainwreck they are probably thinking she makes Seacrest look good. I enjoy watching Paula (or anyone else) mess up on Live tv. I know I'm sick that way - but alot is at stake here for the people competing and it isn't really fair to them. ps I still believe she banged Corey Clark. |

Watching it again was even funnier the second time. "I thought you sang twice?" And Simon interrupting it to try to get the audience to forget it.

You must have missed her really bad reality show, which apparently most everyone did since they never even repeated any of it anywhere. She was just as idiotic, stupid, and crying all the time as on AI. She's a drama queen that even the most trivial of things she gets all upset about. Why AI thinks the public cares if she's on there, or why they keep her, is a big mystery.

*Sigh* Just when you think Pauler is the judge that makes the most sense this season, she comes along and does this shit.
Fuck Simon, I used to want the other two out, but can we get rid of Simon and Randy and have Paula be the sole judge from now on? And she won't have Randy to chime in and save her. <3 |
