But I am the neighbor of the guy you call "Hoss", and this screen was up on his computer and the door left open. I don't know how to say this , but he just shot 6 pedestrians from our apartment building roof, and the swat team is trying to coax him down from a hidden alcove. I think he's run out of ammo.
