seeing as they dont count the votes untill the live finale even if james had to be medivac out and could not sit on the jury during filming unless he is in a
coma he can still cast his vote for the winner from where ever he was at the time all they would do is show him a video of the final 3 speech's to the
jurors he does not need to ask them a question. and the whole rumors about James and Alexis being disquelified they still would get to sit on the jury i dont
see the producers banning them from the jury for that and what would be the point of covering for them by saying it was injuries if they were so mad at them
they banned them from the jury i think the producers would hype up the fact by saying " Tune in to survivor you wont believe who got kicked out the game
for cheating " lol

I still don't get why he'd be taken off in the first place. It's a freakin' cut on his finger, and judging by the bandaging they had already

unless he needs surgery, he might miss the F6 tc and the F5 tc but I think he might be able to join the jury by then. Maybe it gets reinfected or something?

If Cirie only gets one vote in the F3 TC and has to cast the deciding vote I'll be sad, but not angry.
But, if all this "James not being on the jury because of a finger injury" business turns out to be true, I won't understand it and I will not be happy. Seriously, Bruce's was taken out at the F7 with an injury that I would think would require more medical attention than a busted up finger. I just don't get it. Could they not let him out for the two hours or w/e it takes to film the TCs? |

I don't think James' finger would need surgery, however if it is infected he could need a hospital stay and with there around ten days left in the game
maybe he can't make it back in time, and would miss three tribal councils to boot. It looks more like it's Alexis knee than ankle, not like the
differentiation really matters. If this stealing food thing is legit, I think James and Alexis probably eat while waiting for medical to look at them -
probably not even thinking at the time. However I'd question when this would have happened because it seems likely that Alexis will take part in the
reward challenge and James will be left behind. This food stealing rumor could be a big joke on us as well.

James' finger being so bad that it require's surgery still doesn't make sense though. It all had to happen at least two weeks (or less) before him
and Amanda were due to be back in the states for the China finale. At the finale, his finger looked perfectly fine!
So someone who just had surgery on their finger, and about two weeks after it, they have no sign of a scar at all? Bullshit. |

I cannot imagine a finger injury so serious that James has to be taken out for more than day. Of course if he was infected with flesh eating bacteria, I would
understand, but he looks fine post show.
