That aptly describes my friend. Myself, I figure there is plenty of time to do random shit, I'd rather do the storyline and open up Manhattan/Jersey, then you have an entire map to create chaos in. The drinking and dates, far as I figure, offer minor benefits. I notice if I got out with Roman, he never turns me down for the taxi service but if I blow him off, sometimes he'll tell me the taxis are busy. In SA, each girl had some in game benefit, assuming the same with the girls in this game as well as your phone contacts that have the buddy options. Unclear what Little Jacob offers. The only "random" thing I've been doing is practicing the driving. Cornering is kind of weak unless there's a trick I'm missing?

Oh yeah, word to the wise, just take a fucking cab home from drinking. Trying to jack a car got me busted once, killed a second time

ETA: Anti, there is an approval rating system apparently. If you impress her enough (60%+). They say there are 5 possible girls to date, each with benefits like health. I honestly can't see myself wasting the time on that and the internet cafe shit. I think that's in there for the "18" year olds who purchased the game.

And I've done nothing but missions pretty much. The hard way too. Before you open the gun shop, if you get arrested, you lose your weapon. If you need a weapon, you need to kill somebody with one (if you don't feel like searching/travelling to get one), so that meant hitting somebody in front of a cop, beating the cop to death, grabbing their gun and cop car and ditching before I got killed . Painful. Cheats look really good at a moment like that!

Of course nothing beats mowing down a crowd of people on a corner, backing over them, hopping out and finishing off the survivors with headshots, grabbing the $$ and leaving the scene
