I'm allergic to pollen, but dust/dander aren't my friends either.

I had allergies in my upper head, face and other body parts when I was my childhood years until my pre-teens.

Get a neti pot and use it daily. Swimming at the local gym pool helps as well. Clears your head/sinuses right out.

I have always had allergies. Used to get shots for them every saturday. But they have gone way down in the last 20 years. Now its just the occasional attack
during prime pollen season, and sneezing when I mow.

A Neti pot is one of those things where you use it flush out your sinuses right? Where can I get one of those?

Almost any drug store should have them, or Target. Something like that.

That all sounds so messy.

I don't care. Anything to make these allergies less of a hassle.

Walgreens has them for around $10 bucks. You mix a small packet of salt ( 1/2 dose is better than the full one) and tepid water. It takes some getting used to
, but great all year round. I'm a dust/pollen/mold sufferer, and it lessens the shit so much. That , along with an aspirin.

Yes, any drug store or places like Target or Walmart should have them.
One thing you want to do though, is make sure you rinse an hour or so before you have to go anywhere (or go to bed), because you're liable to have some
drainage afterwards. Like, when you turn your head certain ways or if you bend over to dry your hair or something, you might get a little water running out of
your nose. I rinse mine first thing in the morning so I have the time I'm getting ready for work for any drainage to come out.
