I walked down to the store this afternoon and noticed gas was $3.67 at the local station(suburban Chicago). A half hour later as I was walking home I noticed
it went up to $3.79.

A grocery chain in the area has been giveing gas points away to get money off of each gallon of gas you buy, up to 15 gallons. I've managed to get it up to
$1.66 off per gallon and I'm cashing it in tomorrow

You know... those meetings behind closed doors that were supposedly protected by "executive privilege"? Sometimes I think that asshole forgets that he's the employee and we're the boss. But then, so do most of the citizens of the U.S., so we're stuck with the energy policy we deserve. |

seriousfuckingly, gas prices should be regulated.
6.6 billion in PROFIT in the first fucking quarter for BP? 7.8 billion in PROFIT in the first fucking quarter for Shell? Electricity rates are regulated, cable prices are regulated. Why the hell are the oil companies allowed to basically rape the public? And they still get millions in tax breaks! |

My friend in Australia was bitching because (doing the math) he's paying around $5.50 a gallon right now.
However their minimum wage is around $12.00 an hour and they have better public transportation, so I shot his argument about us bitching too much down. |

I honestly don't understand it. The Bay Area has some of the best public transportation systems in the US outside of NYC, and also the costliest gas in the
continental US. Although given the opportunity that thousands of more people would ride CalTrain and BART here because of gas prices, CalTrain hikes fares
$0.50 per zone to a minimum $4.50 round trip? And BART is thinking about raising all fares by a dime as well? Talk about cashing in on the gas crisis. It costs
me less to drive to where I need to go at the prices that public transportation is now charging.

I've been recently checking out all the free gas prices on the internets and noticed something so beautiful, so enticing that my pantaloons grew very
tight in my groin. All the gas stations are raising prices on the gas! This is like my dream to have a gas company with a large overgrowth of profit.
I'll bet they smell musky after doing the dirty and must feel like a warm pillow to rest my chin on.
I want to find a hirsute gas station to fulfill my fantasy of this. I am enticed by the thought of seeing my ejaculate spew onto their gas and gently soak into it like the many men who do this in the old porn. |

Gas has gone up 5 cents a gallon since monday. I think with everyone saying gas prices will get to $5.00 the fucking gas companies are going to get it there.
If summers here weren't so blasted hot, i might think about getting a bicycle.
