A self-proclaimed Black Widow emerges and plots to spin a web and devour her first victim. The word "first" pretty much gives it away as being Natalie.
Thing is, she won't get any credit for any strategic play when push comes to shove.

The devastation about being sent to EI has got to be Cirie. We were shown last episode how miserable she was. If the idol is rehidden and she is sent back,
she could very well find it.

You know I wonder if this is a big blunder that is being predicted for Jason next week. He feels allied to Cirie now. So he wins RC, sends Cirie to Exile
Island, she finds the idol and then blindside him and causes him to be voted out. That is he hands the idol to the very person who results in him leaving that
episode. It would be a bit stupid.

I wonder if they would hide it easier the second time. Seems like they might sorta want to get it back in play, without having to have one of the fewer
remaining characters out of the main action for too long.

Anyway, just to be safe, whoever goes to EI should go look for the idol.

I was reading Ozzy's exit interviws, and he has confirmed that the idol is re-hidden.

Unless Ozzy just knew that from the rules, or is assuming it, if Ozzy says that the idol is re-hidden, that pretty much guarantees that someone finds it and
plays it while he's on the jury to see, which also confirms what Probst said about the idol.

Ya, the information about the idol being rehidden came out after I wrote that. So scratch that idea, we may see volunteers for Exile this week.Heliox wrote: |

They may repeat what they did in Cook Islands where the contestants bid for an envelope which gives someone the power to send someone to Exile Island. Last time Becky sent Candice to Exile. With the idol rehidden, I would think that the highest bidder would send themselves to Exile. |

It said devastation would turn to elation, so I'm thinking that person doesn't send themselves.

Alexis must be sent to exile... She's devastated because there are no cookies on EI, then elated when she remembers the idol has been re-hidden...

Jeff Probst has stated: "Your jaws will drop when you see how the idol is played." And in the interview Ozzy has stated, that the idol is indeed
re-hidden. In the Survivor fans podcast Ozzy also said, that somebody is still going to take the "crown" off of James' head. That pretty much
sums it up. Somebody finds the idol and somehow manages to blunder with it. Though Jeff Probst said in the preview for the last episode, that the blunder
happens in it. And Ozzy has said that somebody still tops James' blunder. So this issue is a little "complicated". Jeff Probst said that
"Your jaws will drop when you see how the idol is played." He has also said that the big blunder happens in episode ten (Previous episode). Ozzy has
said that somebody will still top James' blunder (Personal viewpoint or not.).
Devastation: Possibly Ozzy's departure. Elation: Somebody finding the idol from exile island (In this case it would be either Erik, James or Amanda). Black Widow: Could it be Natalie? |

My thoughts....
There really isn't anything to figure out here, since they say who they're talking about. Someone is sent to Exile thinking there's no longer anything to find, so they're devastated. Then they find out that the idol has been rehidden, and they go on to find it, so they're elated. Logically you would think Parvati would be the black widow, since she's the only person who could potentially be voting out her lover. But the previews seem to be implying that this may in fact be Catalie. The question then would be, who does she target? I think it may be Jason, because I think he goes next ep, and because this press release seems to suggest that Catalie targets another fan: A FAN EMERGES AS A NEW LEADER IN THE GAME AFTER CONCOCTING A PLAN THAT RESULTS IN ANOTHER CASTAWAY BEING BLINDSIDED, ON "SURVIVOR: MICRONESIA -- FANS VS. FAVORITES" A Fan emerges as a real game player after devising a plan that threatens to sacrifice one of their own.As per what I just said above, I think this refers to Catalie targeting Jason. |

AnomyBC wrote: Just one problem wit that last paragraph. In terms of sacrificing one of their own, it doesn't necassarily mean that Natalie is devising a plan to get rid of Jason, a person she calls one of her own. Jason was always an outsider to his tribe pre and post switch, and as early as last weeks IC was considered the next target until Cirie turned things around in order to get rid of Ozzy. Methinks Natalie might put Poverty or Alexis at risk of getting voted out, as she steps it strategically up putting more of a target on the girls alliance. |

I think it's Catalie targeting Erik not Jason, Erik thinks Jason is next and is blindsided.

Erik would definitely be blindsided if he was voted out, but what would be Catalie's motivation to vote out Erik? Jason is not only more of an immunity
threat, but on top of that, according to Eliza, Catalie and Alexis apparently don't like him very much. On the other hand, Catalie, and especially Alexis,
are apparently very close to Erik and have spent time hanging out with him after the show. I really can't imagine them targeting him over Jason. It makes
no sense. I think what happens is they make Jason think they're voting out James, but then they vote Jason out instead, and that's how Jason is
"blindsided".
