He's not a rocket science, but he's nowhere near being the dumbest. At the very least, Sean Kenniff, Ian, Colby, Rafe, Stephenie, Lex and Brandon are
all dumber... and probably most of the members of Pagong. Jason is dumber as well.

Not on the same level at all. James had TWO idols and only 3 possible chances to use them. Ozzy had one idol, and what, 5 chances including this one to use it?

BTW, what happened still doesn't excuse Jason from what was a horrifically moronic move. It's simple. As soon as all 8 say they're guaranteeing
that they're not voting for you, you tell Parvati that that means that its the same as if he had immunity, and she may as well just give it to him. To
actually believe them like he did is insanely moronic. He really lucked out that they voted out Ozzy instead.

I don't get how people can possibly think Ozzy is dumber? Isn't it the same exact thing? Somebody failed to use the idol when he should have?
really hope this isn't the big blunder Probst was talking about or I'll be very dissapointed.

What James did is still overrated though. It would only have been the stupidest thing ever if he had 2 idols and 2 chances to use them and he STILL didn't use one. Now THAT would be stupid. |

I actually do think that Ozzy's was slightly dumber than James' because of the circumstances. With the James boot, it seemed like he had no indication
of it coming, but with this one, it seemed like Ozzy knew it could happen. Probst even pointed it out. Not to mention the fact that it was his own fault that
everyone found out about the idol whereas James needed it from Todd for his own survival. Ozzy should never have made the fake idol because it led everyone to
find out about it, and once someone learns you have the HII, it's really the kiss of death. If I had an HII, I would play it at exactly this time...the
first odd number post merge. All that said though, what James did was incredibly stupid, and both moves are easily in the top ten; not near Colby/Ian, but more
like the Samburu/Pagong retardation.

In someways it was dumb because James had warned Ozzy about Pavarti, and Amanda in a confessional said Pavarti's questionable. So in that sense, it was
dumb.

Ozzy is stupid, because he knew there was a possibility that some of them might want to vote him out. He said he wanted to read the them first before doing
anything. At least Jason knew that his decision could be a very stupid one and reiterated several times. Ozzy gave no indication, at least from what we saw,
that he might think it stupid not to use it when it was most advantageous.

I would've enjoyed tonight more if I didn't already read next week's TV Guide. There's an article about Survivor that mentioned Jason still
being there next week, so I knew he wasn't going. I just assumed he won Immunity. I agree that the move was still stupid. I would also say James is much
dumber than Ozzy. As it's been mentioned, James had 3 Tribal Councils to go until he couldn't use the idols. He had 2. He only would've had to
win one of those 3 challenges. Yes, it was stupid of Ozzy not to play them, but I don't necessarily see it as the exact same situation James was in.
I'm really hoping something dumb happens, though. I don't want tonight to be it.

James was still WAY more stupid than Ozzy. James had two idols and a sneaking suspicion that he was going home. Ozzy had one idol and may have had a bit of a
suspicion but he fully trusted his alliance.
And I'm not so sure Jason outstupided anyone either. He took a chance and it was naive for sure. But he was right when he said that he probably could not go on winning immunity forever so he took a shot. Cirie pissed me off at that start of this game but she moved closer to being back in my good graces tonight. She made Ozzy look like a complete fool and that's worth points in my book! All in all though James>>>>>>>>>>Ozzy in the Stupid Game! |
