Her overall attractiveness could easily outweigh the experience issue. Pure conservative, self-made normal hockey mom with union ties, "maverick" who
weeded out corruption in her own state (until all these scandals emerge apparently), hot, has a vagina, retarded babies, son in the military, blahblahblah.
She's also an interesting person and speaker. She'll look like a saint next to abrasive Biden to the people who don't really pay attention to what
they're actually saying, and there are many.
Despite the obvious funnies about this pick, there ARE people out there who are overjoyed by it. I didn't see that for Biden. We'll see if the people who are pissed about it make more of an impact. |

Has anyone mentioned yet that her husband is an executive for the BP oil company? Here we go again with a VP so deep in the pocket of big oil that, if elected,
will do nothing to wean us off the oil tit and energy policy will be dictated only by what is best for the oil companies.
Of course, this will go down big with Republicans. Mark my words, every speech at the RNC will focus on drilling for oil inside the US and in our coastal waters, and the delegates will be chanting "Drill, drill, drill!" The fools don't know the oil companies are under no obligation to sell any oil they produce in America to America, and are free to sell it to the highest bidder. So we're going to open up all these areas for drilling, possibly despoil those areas, and any oil that comes out of those areas will either be sold to China, or sold to the US at the highest possible prices. MORANS. |

Palin: I've been so focused on state government, I haven't really focused much on the war in Iraq. I heard on the news about the new deployments, and while I support our president, Condoleezza Rice and the administration, I want to know that we have an exit plan in place; I want assurances that we are doing all we can to keep our troops safe. Every life lost is such a tragedy. That's some scary shit right there. Despite the obvious funnies about this pick, there ARE people out there who are overjoyed by it.Yes. Carville on LKL let the McCain Flak rattle on and on and on about a hundred different bullshit excuses for Palin, while Carville simply kept making the single
point that McCain only met her once. I thought it was odd that he let the blonde bimbo flak rattle on because you KNOW that carville can out talk anybody.
Then I got it. This is absolute evidence that Mccains judgement is flawed and his first executive decision was one which placed political concerns above those of the nation. Look for this to be hammered home quite a bit. It's VERY telling. So now Charlie Crist is on LKL, how long before he dumps the so called fiance now that he didn't get the job. |
