He's up against a house-hordeing husband of a beer heiress worth tens of millions of dollars. So I really wouldn't complete this train of "working
people" thought if I were you.

Biden better be fantastically entertaining. He's got a reputation to uphold.

It'll be difficult to (referencce to upthread set-to intended) keep me on the reservation with Biden on the ticket. I like Barr, and the thought of Biden
one hearbeat away from the Presidency gives me the creeps.

And the kidiots remark is nothing but a backhanded compliment. The fun thing about being a liberal is you always win in the end. All your vote is doing is stalling the progress a little bit longer. |

WTF? It looks like Hillary told Obama to not even put her on the potential list if he wasn't going to pick her? Is this bitch crazy? Seriously..... o_0
Hillary Rodham Clinton, who ran so closely to Obama in the primary, was never seriously considered, said two officials involved with the search. She asked not to be vetted unless she was going to be picked, the two officials said, speaking on a condition of anonymity to describe the private discussions. http://www.nytimes.com/ap...ock.html?_r=1&oref=slogin |

Add 'coffee makers' to the list of newfangled contraptions that McLame just can't quite get a handle on.
A Courteous Call and a Quick Strike From McCain SEDONA, Ariz. - Senator John McCain publicly
reacted to the news that his good friend, Senator Joseph I. Biden, would be on the Democratic ticket with his now-daily vacation ritual: going for a
Saturday-morning coffee run with his six-car motorcade to Starbucks and saying not a word.
eta: My bad, I forgot HE WAS A POW FOR 5 YEARS so how can he be expected to make his own damn coffee?

Hillary Clinton gets about 18 million votes in 2008, and isn't even considered for and isn't even given the courtesy of being consulted--the vice
presidential pick. Joe Biden manages to persuade a few thousand (if that) Iowans to support him. And Barack Obama selects Biden? Looks like another decision
above Obama's pay grade.

The whole "Biden is critical of Obama" is such a stupid argument.
In any presidential primary, virtually all of the candidates will be critical of each other. If you look at past history anyways, you had two candidates who trashed each other...then become #1 and #2 on the ticket. The Obama vs Biden thing is incredibly tame compared to prior running mates. If John McCain picks Mitt Romney, he will have no room to make an accusation anyways. Those two men hate each other guts. |

If I get past the "Biden" part I still have plenty of Obama stuff without Biden's name. So I won't be needing one of these.

Biden is relatively the same age as McCain and today mispronounced Obama's name at their appearance. Maybe Biden is too old.Is using an entirely different last name count as mispronounciation? "The next President of the United States...Barack America!" |
