Pizza Feets update! After going to the vet, it was determined that Feets is a boy! Oh boy. He's about 3 months old, 4lbs and in very good health except for ear mites. He's still a very sweet baby, except when he is attacking the other cats who tolerate it more each day. His name of record is Pizza Feets and everyone thought that was adorable. The Vet receptionist fell in love with him asked if we would give her the kitten.. since it was a rescue, but we said no. I'm too attached now. Feets is settling in!

I do need help I think. Our old vet said to cut their diet in half, which I did back in October. They've each lost a pound.
The NEW vet at our clinic said that I should NEVER NEVER feed them dry food, only canned, which is the exact opposite of what the last vet said! He said canned food is better and they will lose weight.
I'm so damn confused now. I can't get the baby to eat canned food and the big boys are only eating 1/2 can and 1/4 cup dry each per day.

Let me say that this new vet sucks! Feets couldn't walk without crying for almost 24 hours after his shots and we couldn't pick him up without him crying. I've never seen a kitten have so much pain from shots. That vet was really rough with him. He also shot the oral wormer medicine so hard down the his throat, he gagged and vomited. The guy was a talky, know it all asshole. Hubby and I both disliked him.
