I'm still thinking it is Erik going home, Ozzy just thinks he's in power. The only way Jason is leaving is if in this episode Parvati makes some type of alliance with him and then betrays it. I would imagine that Ozzy would realize that it was already unlikely that he would get a vote from Jason after fooling him with a fake idol, and then laughing about it at TC. So Ozzy probably already knows that Jason's vote is a lost cause if he were to make it to F3. This is just my speculating anyway, I highly doubt that Jason would be stupid enough to fall for another incarnation of Ozzy's 'fake' idol. Although, that would definitely be a historic blunder on Jason's part.

Posts: 26 (04/16/08 5:01 PM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	i agree erik and jason are the next two to go, but if jason is still there because of the tvguide preview next week which doesn't match with jeff probst's preview of a blunder,, i would see erik go first that would let us think what blunder are we going to see this week?.. jason wins immunity again for the second time in a row, and ozzy betraying his "erik alliance", or parvati betraying the couples alliance in voting out erik.. but how does the idol takes part in this episode? and how about the Tc we don't wanna miss? could it be the couples alliance break-up?

That would be rampant stupidity. I'm laughing to myself just thinking about it. And Mariposa... go back and check out Cook Island again. I dunno HOW many times I watched Yul dig up that damn compass on a string lol. It's featured because it plays a big part in the shift of the game... maybe it does this time too.

I only remember bits and pieces from past seasons. I forget who the players are after awhile too. So I wouldn't doubt that they showed Yul with the compass more times than I remember. I still wonder if Ozzy even has the real one. Why wasn't there any note or inscription describing what he found and how he could play it??

It makes sense to let everyone (including those who didn't find the idol) to know the rules of how it's played.

Parvati would scheme with the girls to boot Ozzy or James, but flips to boot Jason (who is out of the loop). That would also guarantee James/Ozzy's votes at F3 even up against Cirie.

All we have from the web clues is: One Castaway has made too many promises to too many friends, leading to a Tribal Council in which she is forced to betray an alliance. One Castaway, desperate for friends and allies, makes the ultimate sacrifice in exchange for promises of safety from every single tribemate. Let's say Jason wins immunity but gives it up for some reason. I've been assuming that this would be the blunder and would lead to him getting booted, but what if they actually honor his request? (Still not sure how or why he could convince them of this.) Meanwhile, if Parvati makes and honors her promise to not vote off Jason, then she'd need to choose between her other two alliances (she could go with Ozzy who would vote for either Alexis or Natalie because they're not faves and not his bud Erik, or she could go with the all-girl alliance and attempt to blindside Ozzy). Meanwhile, Jason would live for another week and make his even bigger blunder next week. I just feel like I've been overthinking it all week. Sometimes it's the obvious solution, and sometimes they over-hype BEST TC EVER and then it ends up not living up to all the hype.
