I am not okay with this season. It sucks. I have nobody left to root for, and my only motivation to keep on watching is to watch 9 out of these 10
arrogant or invisible or useless losers crash and burn. This is the sole reason to continue watching the rest of "Fans vs. Favs", as well as the
sole reason to keep returning to Survivor Sucks to weed through shitty threads with dumbasses posting listing threads and horrible photochops and talking about
"Corby Archa" and oh man I just know all the newbies here are already wetting themselves at the prospect of 16 seasons being done, and with
"16" being a nice whole number, we are in for months of non-funny threads of "Rank the 16 Winners / Runners Up / Seasons / Locations / Jeff
Probst Hats / Logos". NOOOOOOOO.

This season had such potential. It was ruined by Fairplay quitting, Jonathan getting injured, and Cirie's decision to an extent.

Unlike the first ASS, I can already say that this season is better than at least 4 of the 7 seasons that preceded it. If you look at it objectively, a lot has happened and there have been plenty of funny moments. It's just not playing out how most people here thought it SHOULD play out before the show even started. WRITE A FANFIC IF YOU JUST WANT YOUR PRESHOW FAVORITES TO DO WELL!!!!!!!!!!! |

You guys would complain about anything. This season is AWESOME. As I've said elsewhere, I think this actually has the potential to be my favorite season of
all time.
Then again, I also loved ASS, so maybe I just appreciate returning-players seasons more than other people on this board? (I hated Guatemala though.) |

I'm totally diggin this season. Love all the fans that are left and all but one favorite. If she wins then I'll probably never watch the show
again. As it stands right now I'd be happy with any of them winning except for the fave. I just mentioned. She's sooooo boring her and man hands..

The thing that hurts this season are the fans. Tracy, Chet, and Joel are all fans who kept the game interesting in a way and they all left back-to-back. Now,
the only fan who has had a modicum of a decent edit is Erik and naturally, he's on the outs.

ok, freaky. I just listened to that damn song when I noticed this thread.
I liked Ozzy a lot the first time around, but not so much this time. I don't really know what has changed about him, or if I am just now noticing stuff that was always there. |

I think the reason why so many people are disappointed with this season is due to the fact that we all have certain expectations about the returning faves. We
expected Johnny Fairplay to be a conniving lying asshole, instead of some homesick loveboy wanting to be with his pregnant wife when she gives birth. We
expected Ami to be a bitch, instead of some one doing everything she could because she felt like an outsider. We expected Eliza to have some major game moves.
We also expected Jonathan to be a major gameplayer who was going out because his gameplay caugth up with him and not his injury.
As for the faves, we really wanted Chet to change his mind and stick to his allinace just so we could see Ozzy being unpleasently blindsided. And then we wanted the T/C/E alliance to continue to take out other faves such as Amanda and Cirie. Instead what we got was a bunch of faves who got caught on the losing side of the outnumbered edit. But like I said we had high expectations and they're not being met, so boohoo to all of us right. |

Agreeance that this has been one of the better seasons in a long time. The injuries and quitters diminished it somewhat -- I really wish Penner was still in
the mix in particular but these ffuks are gaming hard, each one of them. I just wish they'd let the fans vs. faves competition play out until the merge.
