I thought this show really sucked the first time I saw it. I watched it again and it is growing on me. Some of these people really think highly of themselves
and they aren't that great.

I'll go you one better (seek and ye shall find, per say). All I found was a blog with his solo nekkid pictures. The only gay connotation is, of course,
the website on one of the pictures is latinboys.com, which is gay. And, the one shot of him lying down with legs spread-eagle so you can see his pie-hole ...

Like cabanachat, I was worried about my beloved, Nick. He had even more of a 'narrator' role this week, so I didn't know what to think.
Fortunately, Jess sucked even more, and she got what she wanted the first and second weeks. I was too busy watching the dancers at the elimination challenge. Was Berkley even there?

I'm still surprised at how much I like this show. I really thought it was going to be awful. I think the judging is actually fair and, so far, the judges
seem consistent in their attitudes and opinions.
I do feel sorry for some of them who are forced to dance WAY out of their element (like Oscar and Jess). I liked Jess. I just feel that it's like asking a classically trained French Chef to do some authentic down home southern cooking. I think, if they do a season 2, that the contestants will probably know to be more well rounded. |

But Nick DIDN'T suck, at least not even in the same universe as Jessica.
Can't believe I forgot to snark on the old white man judge during the competition though. His lame attempts to look at home amidst the graffiti and hip-hop were even more pathetic than Jessica doing the worm -- I got worried his head was gonna burst. Even Helen Keller couldn't wear that blazer and still think she had any street cred. |

Yeah...I might actually watch Step Up 2...just for the hotness that was the guest judge.

Can we say this show is Rigged!! The audience was so fake and you could tell they were told who to cheer for. There is no way that the blue team was better than the black team when they battled. I liked Jessica, she was quirky and did try really hard. My favorites right now are Cody and Miguel as they are the best all around dancers on the show in my opinion. |

My thought wasn't that it was rigged but that it seemed like those people were just rooting for the teams with girls on them over the all-guy team. Also, I'm not sure I'd call it rigged, but it was so obvious the black team would lose the second battle. If not, they would've battled the same team they already battled the first round again, instead of the harmonious every team battling each other once that actually happened. |

Patsy...that is why I'm positive it was rigged. The audience was cheering like crazy during the black teams routine and booing the blue team during their dances against the other teams. Yet, when it came time to cheer for the team they liked the most after they had finished their dancing, all of a sudden they were cheering loud for the blue team. It could be, as you mentioned, because the producers wanted each team to end up battling each other once. |
