I went to google/yahoo images and searched "Gabon" and the images that showed up don't look appealing at all! It looks like Season 3 all over again! I really don't think MB will take the risk of going to Africa again. Next season, the location will be a huge promotional push. This was what they did with China. Plus, remember what Jeff said during the press conference: "we are looking at some big locations". I don't think big locations = Gabon! Can you guys imagine trying to promote "Survivor: Gabon"? Most people won't even know where the heck it is. Hopefully it will be somewhere in South America or New Zealand or India... these are big locations. |

Tasmania is bigger then half the islands on the show and not that much smaller then Panama. Plus the entire western half of the island is rugged and
uninhabited.
Only draw back it maybe too cool for bikini weather. |

Almost all Post ASS seasons I had to look on the globe to find them.
Much like if they did Gabon, people would be like where is that? But if They said South Africa, we'd be like oh ok. Like the Marquesas, I was like WTF? Had they Called it Tahiti, it would have been obvious. |
