As I lamented in another thread, this show is more about 16 people who's agents know someone, or are friends with casting directors or previous players. Bring it back! Remember how the show used to start with the announcement that 16 strangers came to play?? They just can't say that anymore.

Like how they would say "Ethan Zahn, a 27 year old Professional Soccer player from wherever, Massachussetts" and show him on the field in his life. I liked seeing the survivors in that context.

Like In my head I don't think its weird seeing them out there on the islands but I would if they did a 1 hour special introducing the tribes....but in the least bring back the quick intros. Like I almost feel they live their and they are already used to the island, it wouldnt be the same if I saw Taj in a mansion then see her cooking beans over the little log fire, or if I saw Betsy at the Police Station then her drying her clothes on a rock It honestly would increase my enjoyment of the show

But they haven't done those since Thailand (and I think they did it in All-Stars, too). I think in Pearl Islands and Gabon each castaway had a chance to introduce themselves (which is better than nothing), but I really would have wanted to see Betsy in her cop uniform or Mike in his chef's hat or Mick in the hospital. It would have been great.

An assortment of "real and interesting people" from every age and every walk of life... "ordinary Joe's". 3. The complete introductory theme song for every show... "immediately after" the recap of the previous show. 4. Show everyone in the theme song introduction including those voted out. 5. Jeff saying... "the such and such tribe will always wear this and that color". 6. More of the original music. 7. Previous votes as tie breaker. 8. Challenges that anyone can win. 9. Luxury items. 10. Car reward. 11. Emphasize the people and the survival aspect instead of the challenges and twists. 12. There should be only one twist maxium... the tribal switch. 13. No double boots.. perhaps they could have a double boot for the losing tribe (but I guess that would be a twist). 14. Fallen comrades quiz for Immunity. 15. Final 2 (always).

And I also always liked what they did in the first five seasons where they showed each castaway and a clip of them at their jobs and stuff.
