Doesn't guaranty anything for her or for James or Josh - but it's better than further destroying it. After this move she is going to have pissed off Adam and Sheila. And if she thinks she can trust James her ass deserves to go.

I found a spider in the fold of the skirt of mother's LR couch. I noticed a yellow-orange something and when I brushed it the damned thing ran out. I grabbed my Mom's Sundance catalog and squashed it and now she is furious with me and it all of you guys fault! If you had never started with the spiders, I am convinced I never would have found it. You need to be more careful with your powers! So, thanks a lot.
