Chelsia's exit was one of the most pathetic things I have ever watched. I enjoy watching people interact with some rivalry, but with a mutual respect for one another or at the very least show some human decency. Even Janie/Howie and the nerd herd were able to treat one another with some decency despite hating eachother. Nothing wrong with drama, but somehow straight up evil-ness is not all that appealing to me. Shes such a coward. She said those things as she was running to get her bag. She didnt have the balls to stand still and say it to there faces. She also had James and Josh following her whcih probably empowered her cause she knows they wouldnt let anyone attack her. I also hate that five of then nine seasons have had a twist where someone knows someone else in the house. Its ridiculous that they cant be more original. they just keep reusing the same ideas. It all makes sense to me now why seasons 2-4 were by far my favorite ones! 5-9 have all included this lame-o twist that tends to ruin the season. Not to mention the casting has not been great aside from a few diamonds in the rough in Nakomis, Janelle, and Jen. Seriously though, I miss the good old days of BB... Maybe soon here they'll return to more of a traditional format similar to how China kind of brought me back to Survivor and had some authenticity to it that I really enjoyed...

The only other time I did that was season 6. I don't have the time for a winter edition, plus this season wasn't compelling me. Only person I found myself rooting for was Alison, and the rest bored me, so I didn't feel compelled at all to watch. Oh well. Survivor's underwhelming this season due to a combination of the awesome favorites being voted out first ala ASS and the fans being one of the most strategically-retarded groups of people I've ever seen on the show. Tracy was the only fucking fan with a brain, but then her entire plans were Chet on by one of the worst fucking players to ever play this game. Oh well, I hope Hell's Kitchen will pick up the slack. Also, let's add that Ozzy claims to be a het and made straight porn unlike that unlikeable douchebag from BB who claims to be a het but sucks cock on film. Better casting, better locations. The only thing I can give BB is that their editing cracks me up, even if I'm absolutely sick of whatever dickhead they have do their photochops. Howie's "Big Boy" shirt was so bad I would have flamed somebody HERE had they posted that shit. Survivor editors seems to stick to some very basic outlines and seemingly have no idea how to edit females beyond "young, old, quiet, loud". Of course if I want to read about Chelsia getting booted I can do it in your fucked up BB forum. Remember this is a SURVIVOR forum and that Survivor PWNZ the living shit out of BB. Also, site wise, I've seen a lot more creative and original shit come out of this forum, which gets about 28 eps including reunion a year vs. BB which has 30+ eps and live feeds. Not saying amusing shit doesn't come out of the BB forum, it does, just saying whatever it is about Survivor it inspires more creativity. I guess beaches and bikini's are more inspiring than watching people whisper to eachother and eat, for hours on end. -SJ™

With Survivor we aren't continually overwhelmed by information. That and it is more fun to watch what the editors will do with the BB contestants because I have come to believe that they hate them all. With Survivor, it is more fun to watch what people here will do because some posters (not mentioning any names) become overinvolved with the castaways.

And it has in a way with Exile Island and hidden idols. The core of Survivor is the relationships, and putting too many game rules on top of that dilutes what's good about it. Personally, that's part of what messed up Pirate Master. When people rave on about UK BB, I think it's a similar situation. There is far less "game" in the UK version, and far more observing people. But that's tricky for tv show producers. You have to rely on the contestants to be interesting in themselves rather than just supplying them with games to play to provide the amusement.

I've posted enough at the BB forum to know that the freaks posting there are a hundred times more obsessive about BB contestants than posters here are about the Survivors. Over in the BB forum (which I obviously post in, hence the Baller avi), particularly in the subforum, you have some dedicated stalkers who post obsessively about one or two former hamsters. I will totally agree that some of the posters over there are fucking nuts. But do any of the hamsters have a Church? That is true devotion, right there.
