Seasons 6 nerd herd would make hateful racist comments, then claim to be the nice ones, while everyone else in the house were villians in there eyes. They were delusional. They would contestantly talk about how there playing the game with honest and integrity etc and everyone else wasnt, when it was the exact opposite. The editors then made things worse by not showing the racist comments they would make. The producers said in an interview that if thye should those comments there would be severe consequences for those houseguests when thye returned to real life, therefore they werent going to show them. It resulted in tv only viewers not really getting to see how bad the nerd herd was which drove me nuts.

I remember a diary room session of his where he said that everyday he reminds everyone that its just a game. Seems like very few contestants feel the same way unfortunatley.

If it wasnt for that damn twist that allowed James back into the game I think it would be pretty good because then the nice likeable people (alex, matt, natalie, sharon, ryan) would have outnumbered the assholes (chelsia, josh, james).

I have to say the episode where James comes back and the episode where James also won POV and then BD'd Matt were two great episodes to watch. As a whole though, the season is not entirely that great although there have been some good moments they televised. All in all though, I can't stand the majority of the people. Hell, I can't stand the majority of their voices alone! heh mtj, your reason for hating BB this season is why I liked it. I was getting annoyed with how boring it was despite all the fancy crap they were trying to do with the couples and either Ryan or alison coming back or Jacob/Sharon leaving with Sharon coming back that when james came back and won the HOH - I felt like at LEAST something interesting would happen. The Dick Donato season! that is all... I can't stand the majority of their voices alone None can match up to the wonderous, enchanting voice of our lord JCP. I was pissed when they did that, and so I never really could get into it. And now its to the point where I dont give a shit what happens. I still do have my favorites I am rooting for, but its not like before. Usually I get super excited and I root for one person. This season I feel like I am just rooting for someone because I have to. Survivor is once again superior this season. But like Trixie said, the editing of BB is fun just because its for shits and giggles. I love the random stuff BB puts in.

And that's why this season is a bit painful to watch... a lot of them don't realize that it is just a game and go psycho and become personally hateful towards people because they're frustrated things did not go their way. Chelsia's exit was one of the most pathetic things I have ever watched. I enjoy watching people interact with some rivalry, but with a mutual respect for one another or at the very least show some human decency. Even Janie/Howie and the nerd herd were able to treat one another with some decency despite hating eachother. Nothing wrong with drama, but somehow straight up evil-ness is not all that appealing to me.

Too bad both are stolen or "borrowed" ideas. I wish Survivor would show more insider clips honestly, some 1/2 a week or something but that simply is not the nature of the show. It's certainly more amusing watching the challenges in exotic locations than watching Sharon and Big She have a chat. Oh yeah, my first Survivor season I watched Hatch won, amazing. My first BB season, Drew won, remember him? Yeah, no comparison but if you really feel like it Survivor ratings>>>BB ratings. -SJ™
