Well Airai would want to win the challenge so sending Ozzy to Exile would make it alot easier to beat Malakal.

Yes, but considering people are probably looking out for THEMSELVES at this point, going to TC would put one of them in danger. Plus, it's pretty obvious the Favs are booting the Fans at Malakal so Ozzy being voted off if they do go to TC would be very unlikely. Plus, there is probably some reward involved and everyone loves food.
