I'm suspect of Jason's "I miss my family too pep talk" with Kathy. The little twit probably incidentally gave her a little push over the edge. In truth he was very unkind to the older folks.
Hmm...I never really liked Jason in the first place.
I used to be very critical about Kathy, but I've changed my mind. I thought her exit interviews were interesting, and I really did feel for her when she said that she was immediately ostracized by the younger folks. To be shunned, especially for such superficial and uncontrollable reasons, sucks.
