Myers and Happ in the rotation? Last I checked Eaton was still there. But since the Phillies don't want Hamels pitching two 'straight' games, why don't they move him back to pitch Tuesday and have Happ pitch Sunday?

Sat: Kendrick
Sun: Happ (or Eaton)
Tues: Hamels (Mets series)
Wed: Myers
Thurs: Moyer
Fri: Kendrick


That way you have two best starters pitch v. the Mets and split up the lefties in the process. With Hamels missing the last Mets series, you'd think the Phillies would make sure their ace pitches this time around. Especially since they're in a tight division race and facing their primary competition. But hey, that's just me.


Frankly, I'm not pleased that Gangsta Jerry is pitching Maine after Santana instead of Perez. I'd much rather have two lefties face the Phillies and Perez has been lights out against them (I know Maine is undefeated vs Philly but he's been struggling a bit lately)
