There are so many that have gone bust, including tonight's - WTF?! So, two weeks in a row, someone was left in the house that should have been gone - no dynamic changes. The other one that comes to mind is from BB1 - when the HGs were bribed to leave for money and have a replacement come in....nobody took the money and the other person never came in...they should have just thrown her ass in there anyway. Maybe that would have saved season one.

The enemies twist last season when one of the pairs fought over of all things, $5.00, the two true enemies were the first two evictees, and the last remaining enemy pair weren't enemies at all, but rather a father daughter pair that got along fine and lied to America about it. The coup in BBAS Kaysar coming back in the house only to leave the same week due to the most boring and invisible player that season. The veto in season 3. The list just goes on and on and on... :P

Her presence actually altered the course of the game. And she was fun to watch. Oh, and it was unexpected. Every single other twist has fizzled. Maybe... when they made it so only six people could play veto that led to a lot more backdooring...so I guess that one was ok... though now that trend seems to have died out.

Previously it ran rampant, or had the potential to, because the nominees/HoH picked the other players.

Only 3, right? Jase, Cappy and James. And Cappy would have competed in the veto had he not told Maggie to not pick him. Hardly ran rampant in my opinion. As it is now, its just sooooo easy for Grodner to rig. Like when Eric magically didn't get picked to participate until like F7 last season. And when Jen didn't get randomly picked on of all weeks the week that Daniele wanted to backdoor her. In fact backdooring has gone way up since they made it random draw, although at least in one instance (Mike) it was the evictee's own damn fault that it happened. It had more drama and memorable moments in one week then many entire seasons
