I'm beginning to come around to the idea of Cirie winning. She certainly has been playing the game hard so far. I just think about what Joel said about how
he had NO IDEA until he watched the show that Cirie was so strategic and that makes me nervous. Of course he's not on the jury but these people all talk
so...I dunno.
My second choice would be Parvati, because I like her and I think she's at the core of everything. Amanda...wouldn't suck as hard as an Alexis win. Alexis winning would be a joke. Nothing would be worse.People keep waiting for her to do something, anything, to justify her position in the endgame. I just don't think it's going to happen. |

But we saw Alexis shiver, which represented her future shakedown of the Homance Alliance.
A palm frond could win and it would still have a more interesting edit than TK/Rachel. |

actually thinking Ozzy does have it.

- her tribe has been the Joel implosion story up to now, they had to tell that story and now it's overI think this is what's frustrating when people try to explain Alexis' "story". Who's to say it's about Alexis? What if Joel's plot was a ploy to cover up Natalie's win? How the focus is just randomly drawn on Alexis doesn't make sense. Yeah, she makes it far, but so does Natalie. They've pretty much had the same amount of visibility (and I remember Natalie more than her, oddly enough) so one winning over the other wouldn't make much of an impact. It's a favorite's game to lose, IMO, and it's either going to be Parvati or Cirie. I wouldn't be surprised if Natalie outlasts her, Alexis could be booted at F5. Isn't Natalie the only one slated as "Late Game"? |

Because in order to show her in a positive light, they'd have to show Joel in a positive light, which isn't the direction they were going to go with him. Maybe they haven't shown her because they were hiding her alliance with Joel, to protect her for a positive edit later on. So now that he's gone, maybe she can get some quality airtime. (Edited for clarity, or the attempt thereof.)

We know from Joel's interviews that Alexis and Natalie have a strong bond yet I have yet to see them together on the show. Instead of playing this up as the second coming of Jenna and Heidi, their bond is completely absent from the show. Alexis' reason for voting out Mary (frankly, I didn't quite follow it) was relegated to Survivor Insider as was the clip on her insight as to why the Fans tribe was not doing well. Any or all of this could have been included int the show to illustrate that Alexis is playing the game but instead it is omitted In contrast a lot has been shown about Parvati that could have been omitted. 1. Parvati states that there will be more to her game than flirting in the opening episode. 2. We see Fairplay telling her that he wants to be voted out and she plans to use this info. to deflect the vote away from her. 3. In the 4th episode we see Eliza talking to Parvati about Jonathan being dangerous and Parvati pretending to go along. 4. After 'Poverty' is selected by Jason, they cut to a scene of Amanda looking sad that she and Parvati have been separated. After 5 epsiodes the viewers are being shown that Parvati is playing the game even though the above information is not essential. That is why, I have Parvati as my top pick for winner after 5 episodes. |

I was reviewing Jeff's pre-season intros today and something jumped out at me that I thing may be worth mentioning...He said "The Faves do not want a
Fan to win, and the Fans do not want a Favorite to win." Then the question becomes just who makes the bulk of the jury? And if this is the case the Final
three on both tribes would sense this and not want a mixed Final 3. So bearing this in mind Parvati-Amanda-Cirie makes more sense than ever, OR on the other
side of the coin...Alexis, Natalie and Jason, who seem to be the end-gamers....

Tull, I definitely see Parvati as the frontrunner now too, I just think Alexis is not out of the running because of her weak (for a winner) first five
episodes.
As for who the final 3 Fans would be, I expect Erik to outlast Jason. |

A couple of people are hating on Alexis for a weak first 5 episodes, but since when did Parvati get such a great edit? She had good screen time in episode 1,
but after that? Nada.

They're focusing on how her screen time has been spent. Alexis talks some about how people feel and why (we're wet, we like the favorites, we don't
like to lose) and Parvati talks some about the game.
