As for me, I don't have an ipod, so the inability to convert the 1 song I did buy to a format that I could use outside of my computer pissed me off enough
to not want to buy anything else from the same label. Fuck DRM encryption. I don't have time to fuck with cracking that shit.

For anyone who doesn't have an iPod but wants to buy the song you can buy it and then burn it to a CD and rip it back to your computer and then it will be
in MP3 format or whatever and you can use it on whatever MP3 player you have. I know it's a little extra work but you can support DC. Also if you don't
have an iPod you can still play the song on your PC in iTunes.

Yes, Cook's fans are "too busy" to download it 50 times. But not too busy to gift it.Or download it when they don't even have an Ipod
 Just for the record, Crush and LO are
both shitty, generic songs. I prefer Crush because its less pretentious. That's about it.

Back around finale time in May, when questioned about your attentiveness to an Idol you clearly didn't care for, I could have *sworn* that I heard you say that you would probably follow Cooktard's career for a few weeks until the novelty wore off. I guess you must have been thinking in dog years whereas a few weeks = 5 or 6 months. I've been kind of out of the loop. Bad Cooktard. Perhaps you could fill me in on exactly what's going on since you've clearly been following with rapt interest? |

I do use iTunes for nonCook related events and see the top 10 songs. But I still like following the Idols after the season to see how they do.I admit that
does make me feel like a psycho but it's probably harmless.
Again, both Crush and LO really suck but I reserve special disdain for Cook who is OMG so original. Did me mentioning "gifting" strike too close to home? I just read on TWOP that Cook's official website has "gifting" instructions just in case the fans couldn't figure it out on their own. I think LO is just crappy enough to be a hit without all the stuff but it's funny to follow. So Archie's fans might not be the biggest fanatics around after all.
