What a steaming pile of shit, Cook's album will be. Here's some early hints:

No, if it's good I'll buy it. I hated Carrie on AI and bought her album. Plus I like Jordin's stuff. I'm just so sick of hearing what an
original artist Cook is.
He's just a fame whore like all the rest. Which is fine by me if he puts out some good pop music. |

I work with a woman who belongs to a Cook fan club that sent a goodie basket with food and flowers out to where he was staying during the show. Someone took a
picture of the basket and posted on the fan web site. The flower that David gave Kim Caldwell came from that basket. The people from that site are kind of
pissed off about it. Cheapskate!

That gether post is a pack of lies. If anyone just watched the finale there is no way someone would come away thinking that David Archuleta was this
incredible voice and David Cook was just mediocre. Cook owned the stage that night, as usual. He is a star. Now I'm not saying Archie doesn't have a
wonderful voice in his own right, he does. But gether watched more than the finale. You might have had more creds if you had said you just watched the final
performances show.
Now, both the DA haters and DC haters need to stop. The two Davids like, respect and support each other, they are both going to be fine, they will not compete in the same genres and hopefully they will both be great successes. Find something else to hate on, unless you've got something to say that's hateful but also wickedly funny. The haters on both sides need a time out. AI7 is over. And would everyone PLEASE stop comparing Cook to Daughtry? I know it's inevitable, but it's just annoying. Let's just wait and see what Cook puts out for his first album and how much input he gets. |
