I think it was something about Kimberly being her crazy personality. So when she goes off, she's not Sheila, she's actually Kimberly.

At the hot tub earlier she was saying how she wished her name was Kimberly. Josh said he'd start calling her Kimberly. That led to the boyz finding out
and they decided that Kimberly was her crazy alter ego.
