When I heard this I started thinking about the version by Damien from Australian Idol (did you hear their head judge was just let go).
Last week the more I listened to Jason's song the more I liked it. This week is the reverse. I give him credit for picking a song most of the viewers may not have known, so they couldn't make a negative comparison. Most of the song was a good cover for his weak vocals. |

Without the dreadlocks he would have never made it in the first place. His singing, so far is just okay. I j st don't see anything interesting about this
guy, and he has zero personality. The men, as a group, are a huge disappointment this year.

McW, have to disagree with you on any love for Castro based on his performances on the show. His choice of song was great, but his voice appears to thin to
pull it off for me. He wasn't able to pull me into the song like it supposed to do. I know you've seen him live outside of Idol, but from what
Iv'e seen thus far. He can leave.

Again, one of them doing a song that is so well known and so incredibly done by Jeff Buckley that it just makes you go find the great version, as I did again.
None of them should ever do songs that are done so definitively done, like Jeff's beautiful, haunting version. Unless they are better than the original
singers, or the definitive versions, (not likely), they should only do songs that they can do better or at least equal to.

I don't really care if he smokes pot, it just seems all the pot smoking has caused him to lose all of his brain cells. His head is fucking empty and
he's annoying to watch and listen to when he does his interviews. He can't even speak and then he just stands there and laughs like a doofus.
