WTF? How can his mom stop her from selling a shirt with that on it? It's not even an actual picture of Jason. The girl should just take the word DREADHEADS
off and continue selling it, how can the mother prove it's Jason?

A friend sent me the link to this video.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pHY2NOiwYsM I have read posts about all the expensive gifts Jason's been given. This video really put it in perspective for me. Just wow. It's too much! |

^I would like to point out one thing.....A lot of those pictures came from the autograph signing in Tulsa. I was
there, he didn't receive any more gifts there, than say Cook did. Cook had a huge pile of stuff given to him there. As did several of the other Idols. So, in that respect, those pictures are misleading. |

This has nothing to do with being a fan of Jason or any Idol, it's about personal freedom and respect. If people didn't want to donate for charity, they shouldn't be attacked or judged by anyone.

You can do what you want with your money, that's your prerogative but I can also be judgmental and say it I think it would be more respectable to give some
$ to charity. You don't have to agree with me, but I can still feel that way.

Jason would just use his fans money to buy more pot or extra dreads for his weave.
He SHOULD use it to buy Cooktard a better toupee, something long enough to cover his big ass forehead. |

How is using one's image to sell merch not illegal again?
Oh, that's right, it is illegal. Nevermind. |

Yes because this:
Clearly looks so much like Castro that it's his image. Oh the wise ATK has spoken. |

What happened to the most talented top 10 evah? I remember Randy saying four or five would get signed. So far KLC was it and she just came and went. Jason and
the rest will be in trouble once S8 starts. That's usually when the previous crew is forgotten.

Is that NOT intended to be Jason in that cartoon, Will? If it isn't, and they can prove that, then they would win their case in court. Everyone, including
those who made and purchased it, though, know that the little cartoon with "Dreadheads" under it is supposed to be Jason, therefore making it his
image.
Law is just not your thing, Willy. It's ok. |

Call the law! Call the law! The Castro family is owed $17.42 in royalties for that unauthorized "image" of Jason. Jason's family gets the
title of of the greediest and stupidest familyt of any Idol. For a few dollars they're willing to chase away and alienate fans. Round the world street
vendors are raking in money selling Obama shirts. Who knew, they should have been selling "Dreadhead" shirts instead?

Just because it is a caricature does not mean it is automatically humorous or a parody. It is the intent and purpose that nails that down. Don't think that
they'd have that case won, either. Would you like to try again?

Will |

I never said automatically. I said they'd have to ARGUE it.
