They hate him cause they don't get subtlety. And no one of his ilk unfortunately will probably ever get put on the show again. Just cause the judges
don't like that genre of music, they feel the need to bash the poor kid every week, even when he does quite well.
It's sickening, but i've grown used to it. It's just a shame Jason is gonna have to go out this way. He's become far and away my favorite person to ever be on this show. |

They hate him cause they don't get subtlety.I get it subtlety, I enjoy the style of music he's trying to do and I would like to see more unique and different singers/performers on the show like Brooke and Jason. That said I'd like to see more talented ones. Jason imo doesn't live up to the hype and the only reason Brooke and him are still in is because of their style and because it's different and new to AI. If AI had always had people like them they'd be very second rate and forgotten. |

Subtle is fine. I like subtle. I get subtle. But not all subtle is good. Sometimes it's just boring, lackluster, and annoying. And that is a great way
to define Castro these last three weeks.

Subtle implies variety (albeit variations on a small scale). Jason lacks variety. Subtle is not the same as flat.
