I hated that stupid twist because everyone knows people who enter the house late in the game won't win unless your name is Zach.

I promise I'm not making the replacement rule up though. I think Davina said it on the live show when Stuart went into the house this year.

The downside is they haven't made as much of an impact, the way Aisleyne made a huge impact in BB8, but then there's last season, where most of the new housemates were wallpaper or ostracized and Jonty became a hero for many viewers because they were so sick of everyone else. I wish they'd cancel it cause I have a feeling Rex or Dale will go and I'll be hella pissed. I hope to god Luke goes, seeing a sulky skeleton mope around and look like he's gonna off himself soon is not fun. He has such a negative view of the public because of the people they've voted out, I'd hate to see him proven wrong. I know it won't happen, but part of me wants an all B-block final, just to see the reactions. I swear, Kat should go to the US BB and give lessons on how to keep an alliance together. When this season started, I never thought some of these people would ever be in an alliance together or stay together this long. I expected them to implode by now and that they haven't has helped make this season more likeable for me. I was so disappointed when the anti-Plastics group in BB7 turned against each other so viciously. I don't exactly love Mo, but I've never understood why he gets so much hate from some people in the house. He feels sorry for himself and he eats like Sally Struthers is sending him money, but the frothing hatred I've never gotten. He isn't THAT lazy, not anymore than Bex or Luke were. If he goes next week I won't be that bothered, I mostly wanted to see him traumatize those in the house who assumed Bex would never go before he did. I wonder how many people may not vote because they assume Luke is going. That's one of the reasons he could stay. I think he would almost definitely stay if he hadn't already been nominated before BB decided to put 9 people up.

Like...what if they didn't have 12 people for the clock task. Ut oh. Etc. But unless they put an extra person in last year before Chanelle walked, anticipating her to, she wasn't "replaced." But it is only day 57. Over a month to go...so we definitely could see a last minute housemate. Whoever said put Steph it was brilliant. DO THAT!

Its only a rule they have to replace everyone when they want to replace them.

Often they can arrange things so they don't. I hope they don't. I'm happy with the group right now. They aren't complacent and there's lots of different dynamics. Previously huge characters are lower key and others are emerging. It's changing nicely.

No its not a rule, Big Brother can do whatever the fuck they want and for the last two seasons they haven't needed replacements. This year is the same, there is still 11 HM's in there which means thats one gone per week if they want 6 at the end.

It only seems like the last two years they haven't done it because they just threw in them in with the intruders. Jonathan nor Leslie were replaced unless you count the late-game intruders. Actually, it was widely believed that Jonathan replaced Lesley. He went in with Brian, Billi and Liam, who had been sequestered since the beginning. Jonathan said he had been called later, he assumed it was to replace Lesley because they were both rich and older. After Jonathan and Chanelle left, they put in like five intruders. That is a lot of fucking intruders. Two of those were probably replacements. I think Maysoon will be replaced.
