I have a feeling they saw Piers' popularity and he's probably going all the way to the final, so they edited that footage out to keep his edit positive. Notice the boardroom footage was a little longer to kill time with each of them looking at the other team's photo spread, etc.

I was thinking he had a senior moment and forgot that Omarosa was NOT the project manager and the questions he was aggressively asking her should have gone to Tito.
