Yeah, you Jonathan lovers (or maybe it's the Yau-Man lovers) are a bit too emotional and irrational.
First of all, it's far worse to try to bully another player into voting your way, especially when you have the audacity to not even pretend to offer them something better than it is to be an open swing vote (though in Cirie's defense, she was brought into the open by Jonathan's bullying). I haven't seen anyone offer a half-decent reason why a swing vote would go with an alliance of alpha dogs(Jonathan, Ami) and players who have nearly made it to the endgame (Yau Man, Eliza) over an alliance which includes such strategic heavyweights as James and Ozzy, and a woman who makes no bones about slutting it up to keep a guy in check (Parvati).
Moreover, there's always the possibility that there will be a tribe shakeup in the future. I'd go with Cirie who seemed to bond on some level with Kathy on exile island, over Jonathan, whose biggest contribution to the last immunity challenge was trashtalking the fans (who definitely remember his desperate flip-flopping the first time he appeared on SURVIVOR).
