I bet that ex of yours could do that, Rudy.
Again, WHY DID YOU DUMP HER??? >=( |

I highly doubt she could! Mario 2 was her only forte.

That player is extremely risky. It's like he does the bare minimum but somehow manages to survive

That's what is so amazing! There IS no player! The Mario is automatic! =O Which makes that video gene posted all the more amazing. Mario and Yoshi move by moving platforms and those bouncy note boxes (which is also how they jump, those and ramps). That entire 11 minutes, synched to the music. And there's no one playing Mario. THAT is fucking awesome. I don't think I'll ever see ANYthing that impresses me more. I'm such a video game dork. |

Resident Evil 4 (Gamecube)
Resident Evil 4 is actually a game that I did not have a desire to play for the longest time. I had played each and every single Resident Evil game in the series, and was starting to get tired of it. I expected more of the same. However, quickly after finally giving it a shot, I knew I had been wrong. This game breaks the RE mold in every way, shape, and form. In a good way. This game takes place in some European village. You play as Leon Kennedy, who you may remember as the Cop from Resident Evil 2. He is on a mission to rescue the president's daughter Ashley, who has been kidnapped! You start the game in an eery, foggy forest. The entire atmosphere of this game is very authentic. The game can be creepy when it needs to be creepy, and intense when it wants to be intense. The beginning starts out creepy. You investigate and old house in the forest and discover someone acting very strangely... When you are attacked, you must kill the zombie-ish (or is he just possessed?) dude. After you get out of the house, you find that your rides is gone, and the bridge is out. No choice but to investigate further! As you continue into the forest, you fight more possessed people and uncover some very bizarre discoveries. One of my favorite parts in the whole game comes very early when you discover the village filled with possessed people. Armed with nothing more than a handgun, shotgun, and a knife, you are thrust into an epic life or death battle that never seems to end. It is really cool. The guy with the chainsaw and the bag on his head freaks me out too. As you progress in the game, you eventually find the daughter and escort her to safety. The levels you go through in this game are stunning. From the forest, to a swamp, to a giant castle, to old deserted houses, everything is authentic and looks fantastic. The action and controls are different from previous RE games. The perspective takes place from a completely behind the back perspective, as opposed to previous games where you maneuver around fixed camera points. Fighting is different too. Instead of just drawing your weapon and licking on, you actually have to aim in this game. Most guns have a laser site where you can aim your shot accurately. Where you shoot each zombie has an effect on the way it comes after you. Shoot it in the knee, it drops to the ground. Shoot it in the arm, it will drop it's weapon (yes, the zombies use weapons in this game). In the head is where you want to get it. Like the other RE games, this one is filled with humongous and frightening looking bosses. Unlike the original RE games, this one seems more action oriented and less about solving puzzles and exploring. Which is a good thing if you were bored by earlier entries in the series. All in all, this is a very great, action filled game. It picked it up just expecting it to be okay, but instead it was amazing. This is a game I can pick up over and over again. It doesn't seem to get old. If you are not a fan of the series, this game is worth a look because it definitely breaks the mold of the earlier games and stands out on its own. |

Ah RE4 <333333333333
Leon <333 Ashkunt HATE! Spanish zombie-really? <33333 This is definitely my favorite RE game. I love the action and a wide selection of weapons. The graphic is so real! And so many possible ways to die. I've watched this video on youtube once. It includes every possible way to die in the game --- from a single knife stab to getting devoured by that river giant boss. <333 |

Ashkunt was a little twat and I hated having to escort her around. I killed her many times just for my own personal amusement.

Sometimes she accidentally stood in front of Leon and bang, HEADSHOT. I was so pissed. The worst thing about this skank beyotch is that she always screams LEOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONN which is so annoying. Ashkunt hate hate hate! And that level we have to use her alone is frigging nightmare. Buff man with weapons = YAY! Useless and helpless snob princess = NAY. |

This game is EPIC!!
Of course I agree on the Ashley hate. Whenever I hear her gasp of death I wanna throw my controller against the wall. Stupid bitch can't even take 3 hits from an axe or pitch fork! Little tidbit though: when she's up and waiting for you to catch her, use the cursor to look under her skirt and she'll actually yell "YOU PERVERT!!" True. The thing about RE4 is that it has great replay value and it's one of those games you'll probably remeber for life, unlike the Halos and Assassin's creed which are awsome when you play them , but then you trade them when you're finish and never speak of them again. |

Resident Evil 4 is truly amazing. I want 5 to come out um yesterday.
Has anyone played Umbrella Chronicles for the Wii? I guess it wasn't promoted at all or something, cause I don't think many people have heard of it, but its seriously so much fun. Its basically like Duck Hunt for 2008, with better, bloody graphics, and lots of fun. You play through 4 parts of four different Resident Evil games, and then there are a few new scenarios. But anyways, its a LOT of fun, especially if you have someone else to play it with. Anyone with a Wii should get it. |

I want Umbrella Chronicles so bad, if only some kindly game store employee would give it to me for free... I can't wait for RE5. It's getting all the
Omarosas of the world all riled up because it's set in Africa and all the zombies you have to shoot are black.
I loved RE4 but my favourite in the series will always be RE2 because it's the first one I played, and it was more of a pure horror game than more action-oriented. And I loved the lickers in RE2, I want to see next-gen (well, current-gen) versions of them badly. |

I bought UC. Initially fun, but you get tired of it quicly. That and I'm pissed that RE2 and RE4 were omitted from it.

It gets tedious for a while, but the Jill/Carlos levels are a lot of fun if you tough it out until then. Then you're outside in big spaces, levels with
the flashlight etc. Instead of the "every level turning tight corridors" of the first few scenarios.
