Reddish suit, white shirt, and a breathy and pitchy start in the low register. He melismizes, until the camera comes around and shows some teefuses with lots of gums. Ouch! This is mediocre, but he is moving, he sounds very much into the song, and has enough emotion to get him through to the next round. A 5.

Randy: Pretty good, man. You know? The only problem for me, you're an old fashioned singer. Remember what'll help you is to make it young, fresh. It was aiight.
Paula: Nothing makes me happier than to see you here. You've come a long way. You look great. Lost a lot of weight.
