Another beautiful photoshopped unrealistic picture of Jennifer Hudson. Amazing how she loses 50 to 60 pounds with just a click. She probably will go into
full swing on tv with her album promo in the next few weeks. My money is on she won't look like anything in that picture.

"Spotlight" is doing well, in its genre. For some reason, the label only released Jennifer's song to the Urban and Urban A/C markets. They
didn't even release it to R&B, which is kind of odd. So, in that market, the Urban market, Jennifer's doing quite well. Her album is set for
release September 30th.
"Spotlight" jumped into the Top 20 on Urban airplay this week, to #16. It should move up to #15 tomorrow. It could conceivably get into the Top 10 by next week, and at any rate will get close to it, because it has a 350 bullet (I.e., it increased in spins by that number since last week). On Urban A/C, its doing even better, at #3. But she's got a small bullet so she's kind of coasting there this week, and it depends on whether the label gives her a little "push" whether she'll make #1. If she does, it'll happen (coincidentally I'm sure) with the release of her album or the week before, just in time for the proper publicity push. Then they'll probably try to send it over to A/C and Pop, or they might release a new single. |

will that is an old pic of Jen. Here is Jen at a Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring 2009 - Kwiat Flagship Store 9/3.
compare those pics to her post dreamgirls/oscar body and you can definitely see that she has gained a significant amount of weight. I'd say about 20-25lbs. Notice shes always wearing those big slimming belts right up under her breasts to camoflauge and distract from her waistline. She looks slimming from the front with the belt, but her side profile always gives her away. |

BITCHES. IF AN ALBUM SONG LEAKS... PM ME FIRST! Fuck everybody else, I NEED TO KNOW FIRST.
(Then PM seaguy... I guess.) This second song is a LOT better than Spotlight. WHY isn't it the first single?? I like the first song but the singing against a piano is reminding me WAY too much of American Idol being cheap as fuck during the best 2 seasons of Idol.... I can't wait to hear the album cut with lots of music and probably a gospel choir. :) Oh look Boomie singing the National Anthem.

CIB, that mistake right there makes me think that the tracklist is fake. Especially since AIATY is on the album. I just can't see after seeing numerous references to trying to get away from the Dreamgirls type of songs... they include that one. |

Will, AIATY is on the album. Jen said so in an interview with steve harvey last week, matter of fact that link mai posted of her singing live was the day she
interviewed with steve harvey and said that it was on the album.

Pocketbook is a going to be a gen-u-wine Hip Hop hit for Jen, and good for her! Catchy tune, too. Go Jen! Meanwhile, her first single "Spotlight" hit NUMBER UNO this morning on the Urban A/C chart. (Bring out the sparklers and fireworks! lol -- Jen's got her first #1! yayayayay). So you shall see some press release soon! AND, she moved into the Top 10 on Urban airplay, to #8, and climbing.
