My thoughts are this:

Babalu06 said a month ago that JFP, Mary, and Yau were on the flight with Probst. These are the three that her sister recognized or gave descriptions of and were confirmed. The bootlists (or specualtions) came out a little later (well most did) and Parvati, James, Ozzy, Natalie, Amanda, Alexis, ect... have been speculated to go far right?? Well now we hear that perhaps (from descriptions) that Jonathan, Erik, etc were on the same flight.... NONE of the "jury" people have been listed as possible passengers on this flight... not before the bootlists (JFP, Yau, Tracy) or after (Jonathan, Erik, etc.). This tells me that the bootlists seem accurate and in fact all of those seen on the flight are prejury with those making it to the late game taking a different (later) flight.

If you look at the timelines of when info started to leak and how things match up now... this is the most probable theory.

No Babalu never mentioned that her sister saw Mary on the flight. Also, Ami, Chet, Mikey B are all suppose to be pre-jury as well yet those weren't seen either.

Finally, Joel and Jason were listed as possible passengers and Jason is supposed to be on the jury while Joel is kind of a question mark.

Correction... I meant Tracy not Mary.

Also... As you can see... I put etc... as to the fact that there are more people on both the pre and post jury lists but I think you catch my drift without me having to list all 20 fucking Survivors
