Parvati - She really talks a good game, but I don't know that she's cold enough to follow through as a Mastermind. I don't think she wants control - she just wants on the good side of whoever is in control.
Jenny - Perhaps she is an opportunist, but I'm just not feeling it. She may not have loyalties to the Asians though since she may well have been an outsider among them. I think her allegiance is to Rebecca as things stand. Certainly her vote comment to J. P. was very vengeful, which is typical of followers. Then again, she seems most concerned with her own position in the game than anything else. More evidence will be helpful.
Ozzy - He could be a chief I suppose. He's certainly arrogant enough to feel that his interests should be those of the tribe. Throwing the IC though just seems more like what a mastermind would do.
Yul - Yul's too conscious of what others think to really be a chief in my opinion.
Cao Boi - A frustrated chief is quite often among the biggest schemers because they feel the need to assert some control. The best examples of frustrated chiefs I can think of are from S4 - John, who chafed under Gabe's leadership, and Sean, who chafed under Hunter's and then John's. The difference between Masterminds and Chiefs often comes down to that Chiefs have to rationalize their actions as of benefit to the tribe.
