Isn't Sun preggers and the island bad for pregnant women? I'm guessing she's one of the 6.

Agreed. I think she is one the Oceanic 6, along with Claire, Sun and the three guys already revealed.

I thought it was pretty cool that it was actually Sawyer in this sceneYeah, I guess I got that much right. Judging from the previews though, I may have to eat my words on Kate not being part of the 6. It's ok though, words taste good. |

Yeah I think Kate's mom is dead by now, she was in the hospital with cancer. Also, the People (Prosecutors) press charges in murder cases, not victims. There is no chance of anyone getting off on murder cos some person wouldn't press charges. Manslaughter maybe (I doubt it though), but not murder. |

Initially, I said Jack, Sayid, Kate, Hurley, Jin and Sun were the six. But now I think Sawyer is one of the six and that he is the "he" Kate was referring to when talking to Jack at the end of the airport runway. Which makes Claire number 6. |

I could see Claire and Kate living together afterwards. I don't think the "he" is Aaron - why would she be worried about a little kid knowing
that she saw Jack? I hope it is Sawyer. I want him to end up happy.

Financial settlement plus an Oceanic Airlines Gold Pass.
Sweet. It looks like everyone who leaves the island resumes their crappy lives. Hurley goes back to the nut house. Jack tries to go back to fixing people. Sayid goes back to being a badass. Does Kate eventually go back to running from the law?

So I think the previews for the next episode pretty much confirmed that Kate is, in fact, one of the Oceanic 6.
However, I'm betting my money on "him" being the dude she was previously married to...the guy from Firefly who was in "I Do", which would actually make me really, really happy. Sawyer and Jack both are not right for a girl like her--but he definitely was, and the only reason she poisoned him was because she realized she wouldn't be able to go out of the country (if I recall correctly). She really did love him, and she would be able to live a pretty nice life with him I think. If it's her flash forward next time, I expect it to be some big courtroom drama, with Jack testifying--and then seeing her make out with the Firefly dude (I can't remember his name) at the end...then Jack going off and moping and crying and, inevitably, becoming an alcoholic because of it. Now, as far as the other 2--Claire and Sun fershures. I'd like to think Michael was a possibility, but maybe he chooses to stay with Walt on the island? Or maybe he's off the island, living under a fake name? We'll have to wait and see. |

Wait..... am I missing something? Haven't we established that Kate was one of the 6 because she was talking to Jack before Jack visited Hurley at the nut
house?

Maybe we're all assuming too much. What I mean is, what is more than 6 people leave the island, but only
6 get that nickname? My big question is why does Kate want nothing to do with Jack in that FF. It's like she has become his ex wife whats-her-name. |

What if the "Oceanic 6" is not that only 6 get off the island but the 6 are comprised of the ones that decided to sue Oceanic airlines. idk, just a
thought - makes me think of the Chicago 7.

Huh, I thought Ben was the one shacking up with Kate. She never said that she wanted to be with the other guy when talking with Jack, just that she had to go
back.

I don't think they're "shacking up" but I do now think that Ben is the "he" that Kate was referring to in TTLG because she is
probably working for Ben just like Sayid. Perhaps this is the condition of her release from all charges. Ben must be holding those left on the island
(don't know who else he'd be referring to as friends when talking to Sayid) as leverage somehow against the O6ers. It would also make more sense for
her to feel obligated to help if Sawyer was actually with the people who stayed behind.

So there was actually an Oceanic 7, just nobody knew about Kate. But the previews from Thursday night seem to indicate otherwise.

Jack saying something to Kate about the "golden tickets" they got in last seasons finale should have been proof enough that she was
one of them. I'm still not sure how people think she could have just slipped away from all the rescue hoopla without being noticed. But, I would rather
that have happened than her somehow getting out of jail time even though she was soooooo dangerous that they had Wanted signs posted in rural Australia.
