I'm happy that I became a fan purely for his voice when he was getting bashed here being a robot, retard, puppet. It's been fun to see what a great,
smart kid is attached to that voice. Even if the pop thing doesn't work out, he's got the chops to do so many great things in music.

Yea, I noticed the excess 'haha's' too, but he's always so happy and he's always laughing and smiling when he talks so it kinda makes sense
for him to express his laughter through his blogging =) He also laughs while he sings sometimes... (there's a clip on youtube of him laughing while singing
Stand by Me at one of the shows)

Aw since they were in Utah yesterday and today in the tour, there's some great videos of Archie on youtube when he appeared on MyFox Utah... he sings 'Waiting on the World to Change' by John Mayer and 'Crazy' by Gnarls Barkley. He also does some interviews and tries to do the weather report... so sweet. Countdown until David Archuleta comes to Toronto: 11 days |

Sorry Mazee, most of the article reeks of bullshit defense tactics. It is a classic legal defense strategy--if one thing isn't true, you must question the
truth about everything the prosecution puts out there. Do I believe Archie was a phony robot? Nope. Do I believe everything that was said about Jeff? Nope.
But all you have to do is re-watch his lack of support of the other contestants performances to know where he is coming from. Plus I believe they pretty much
did confirm that Jeff was not allowed at rehearsals, etc. So that is a lie right there.
You also have to consider the newspaper--it is Mormon owned and run*, if my memory is correct. Not exactly fair and balanced. Please don't get me wrong, I have nothing against mainstream Mormons. I worked with companies there for years, and everyone was very nice. But it is a very tight macro community. *eta: yep, go back to the article and check out the newspaper sections listed at the left. Mormon all the way.

Behind the majority of child stars is a controlling parent like Jeff. The important thing is that Archie sincerely loves what he's doing and would be
doing this anyway.
