Ron and Chris should be something like number 9, and the goths somewhere in the 20s. I am pleasantly surprised about Terri and Ian, because they were great.

I'm hoping Teri/Ian come in at #4 because that's a few dozen places higher than I'd want them - I know a lot of people ended up liking them around
the Vietnam leg in TAR3 but they always really irritated me, and on All-Stars they were pretty much my least favourite team. Though a lot of that was from the
web clips - their feud with Danny/Oswald which Ian just wouldn't let go of, and the fact that they were rooting for Douchebag/Tits to win, made me hate
them with a burning passion.

Kynt/Vyxsin are the most fashionable team ever in The Amazing Race. I really miss them after they eliminated in India.

Kevin/Drew dropped after their appearance on All Stars, but Teri/Ian somehow got more popular, even though they sucked in All Stars, too. And I say this as a huge fan of both teams. They would both be in my top 5. Team # 4 is.....

Teri/Ian somehow got more popular, even though they sucked in All Stars, too. And I say this as a huge fan of both teamTeri/Ian's suckiness was more in the Elimination Station than in the show themselves. They didn't do a 180 like the Frats or embarass themselves like the Guidos. If anything the fact they were relatively mild probably helped some people ease off on Ian-hate they might have had from TAR3. Poor Ken/Gerard  A pox on anyone who ranked them lower than 8.

My whole problem with Ian was that he WASN'T an asshole to Teri anymore. But I guess that's precisely why people started to like him in TARAS.

Kevin and Drew wanted that stupid bitch to win "so she and Eric could start their new life together" (that was one of Kevin and Drew, right?). I also forgot that Teri and Ian annoyed most of the other teams to no end. But I don't think they really sucked. They placed at the top of the pack for several legs (like they got three third places, much better than their last start), and if it weren't for that stupid leg design, they may not have been eliminated. I thought it was hilarious to see how determined they were not to make asses of themselves on TV again, since looked like she was trying to shut Ian up everytime he got angry or was going to say something (especially at one pitstop). But then again, I didn't see the guidos have much of a downfall ( I mean, they lost their edge, but they didn't suck). The Frats were the only ones who were just awful and embarrassed themselves. |

So it's between the Chas and Ron/Christina? Had it been several seasons further on than R/C wouldn't even make the top twenty. I mean the Goths at
number 5? Definitely says don't conduct a survey right after a season ends. But it does say something that the Chas survived the TAR12 deluge of some
decent but far from stellar teams to make it to the final two. Chas continue to rock. Give us TAR2 on DVD damn it!

wtf what's with the Ron and Chris love.... I really wanted to see Ken and Gerard win, they were my favorite, really good racers and entertaining. I hope
Oswald and Danny win this, in few seasons people will be like R/C who?

I don't think anyone will be forgetting Ron/Chris anytime soon. They are the best parent/child team to ever be on the race, and the only one who actually could have won (and was very close to doing so). They were also entertaining, and had a great story arc. One of the best and most memorable teams in years. Kynt and Vyxin and Nic/Don, on the other hand, will be forgotten. Ron and Chris definately deserve their spot in the top 5 (and in my opinion, deserve top 2, since they are one of my three favorite teams to ever be on the race, along with Oswald and Danny). |
