Coral injuries are VERY SERIOUS. They easily become infected, and can lead to death.

If Chet end up getting medevac for a coral injury to his foot, then he will be placed in the Survivor Hall of Fame as the most pathetic player of all-time (he
might already have that title anyway. I'm really hope he leaves soon, he adds nothing to the show.
ETA: I didnt know Coral injuries were that dangerous, but he has still proven to be pretty pathetic. |

For the record, we know that Jonathan's injury is on his leg around his knee. There is always the possibility when blood is drawn or when you are cut that
deep that you could have more serious problems, but the fact is, more than likely, he gets that bitch stitched up and the shot is to prevent infection. NOT
that serious, in and of itself.
Episode 6 is CLEARLY Kathy's exit episode. We know she leaves early, and we know the bitch goes crazy and tries to cut all of her appendages (including her tiny weenus) off. And, while we're at it, any injury that affects your foot is pretty serious, since your feet come in direct contact with shit that can aggravate any minor injury and infect it and turn it quite serious. Maybe it's just wishful thinking on the part of Cirietards and atheists that He, Jonathan Christ, leaves the game early. |

If Ep #5 - Jonathan goes (and either Chet or Joel gets booted), Jason acts like a dick to swing-vote Kathy to keep her in line - she won't be able to take the pressure of being stranded on a tribe full of her least favourite faves and the least supportive fans. She and whichever of Chet or Joel remain exit, followed by Tracy the next week. The switch really screws Kathy/Tracy/Joel and really benefits Jason/Natalie/Alexis |

Okay, did you guys NOT see Mikey B confirming that he never met Jonathan in loser lodge?? Why do you still peg him to go this week or next week?
I don't know if people are being pig-headed or if it's just wishful thinking from my part... |

^ Is it not possible that Jonathan had to go to a hospital for his leg injury rather than remain in Loser Lodge waiting to go home?

Okay, did you guys NOT see Mikey B confirming that he never met Jonathan in loser lodge?? Why do you still peg him to go this week or next week?He didn't say he never saw Jonathan, he said he never saw the injury (i.e. the actual assault taking place), which if anything would suggest he was around Loser Lodge long enough for Mikey B to care about him and know how much it impacted the game. Joel leaving fits the promos and the "screwed by a tribe switch" spoiler, |

ggdr wrote: Yeah, seriously. Or Mikey just lied. And besides, in the past the pre-jury has been split up and sent on various vacations, haven't they? So Mikey could have gone with the early boots and Jonathan went with the later pre-jury boots. |

Most people don't spend 2 weeks in a hospital unless they are dying.
Speculation debunked. |

crocophile wrote: Crocophile noted the above over in MESS. I believe it was Bluto Delta stated that Jonathan was safe for the first six TCs.It sounds like if Jonathan is evacuuated, he comes back and fights on. It could play out more like Amy, who stayed in the game despite the injury. If multiple people are injured, and it sounds like it is, they could sort of cancel each other out in the short-term. Based on JP, Croc and Bluto, I'd say Jonathan at least makes 14th place, and if the jury starts at 12, for there is no real confirmation it is a seven or nine member jury (or a final two or three for that matter), he could conceivably make the jury. Either way, If Mikey B didn't meet him in loser lodge, the early pre-jury boots may have gone one one trip, and the later pre-jury boots gone on another trip as has been stated. All we can really conclude from this is that Penner is safe THIS WEEK. His injuries, while perhaps serious, are clearly not game ending. More Amy than Jeff Wilson (biggest wimp in Survivor history). |

It'll be pretty ironic if a female alliance finally manages to get its shit together and eliminate the men and Ami won't have anything to do with it.

Coachocd wrote: No, what you're saying is hogwash. Rob dominated every aspect of the game and was in complete control up until episode 10. It was the twist that switched everybody to the opposite tribe except Amber that ruined his game, not his strategy. It forced him to make promises to Lex and Alicia he would have to break, and there was no way to get back in their good graces after that. To suggest it had anything to do with what Amber said to the jury is ludicrous. Their minds were made up the moment they were voted out. |
