Has anyone in any all-stars season ever done that? Of course, losing twice would be pretty embarrassing. Parvati's "edit" continues to get better though. Love her. I'm no Jonathan fan, but him getting medevaced this early will suck. Hes always good for some drama.

Pretty sure I got all this right since the promo has all of the New Airai are in a line basically, so was easy to figure out Malakal. Malakal: Chet, Joel, Ami, Cirie, Amanda, Ozzy, Tracy, Erik Airai: Jonathan, Eliza, James, Alexis, Kathy, Jason, Parvati, Natalie New-Airai IC streak ahead? None of those people get voted out, Jonathan and Kathy are supposed to be both quits. Eliza is getting so much screentime and an edit, whereas Amanda and Alexis are getting nothing. If only Eliza was switched with one of them!

For instance, it revealed right off the bat that Parvati would be a major player this season. It would be foolish to ignore the editing just because it isn't a concrete spoiler. I try to use editing to flush out which spoiled contestants will go the distance and which ones won't -- Natalie and Amanda won't, for example. It's useful in seasons like this when there are so many contestants in the "Mid-Game to Late-Game" range of spoilers.

It will be interesting to see if they still vote someone out. I think that they won't, because I think that the injury takes place during the immunity challenge (since they usually don't have reward challenges on tribal swap episodes.) They probably had to stop the challenge, so there may have not been a winner. Plus, if there was a winner, it was mostly likely not the tribe Jonathan was on, and I can't imagine they'd make that same tribe vote someone off after Jonathan is removed. So probably Jonathan is the only person who leaves next ep. So it looks like Kathy, Chet and Tracy are all safe until at least Episode 6. I would have never thought in a million years that all 3 of them would still be around at that point.

I wonder how many people who study editing would have thought that Vecepia, Danni or Jenna would have won their seasons after 4 episodes without looking at spoilers. I certainly didn't think any of them would win after 4 episodes.

It seems like there is a lot of Amanda reaction shots. I don't know if it was suppose to be "editing" Amanda watching Eliza getting picked on and not standing up for her or whatever though?

Lately its been so incredibly obvious who the winner will be, sometimes by the end of the first episode. Yul, Earl, Todd...all incredibly obvious. Which is why I wish everyone would STFU about Alexis. For me, Parvati, Cirie, and Eliza are the only ones who have that sort of arc going on right now.

Remeber what Probst said about Amanda on EW: "Amanda knows how to play Survivor. She knows how to build an alliance, how long to keep it, when to get rid of it...Survivor only thrives when you have people who will continue to turn and switch and make moves....and she knows how to play.'' And also about Alexis: "And she had a pretty good read on everybody. I thought, This is all I need to know. This girl knows how to play. As a fan, I picked this girl to win" All I am saying is that these two might be this season's "Danni". From Probst's comments, I have a feeling Amanda could orchestrate Ami's and Ozzy's outster... But I am pretty sure Natalie can be considered a dead weight now: ''I'm on the fence with Natalie because I can't figure out if *she has any business being in this game or not*. I'm not sure her attitude is going to be able to survive. Probst had nothing positive to say about her!

He was definitely a great character on the show to watch, and to have Yau, Mikey, and Jonathan leave back to back, will suck, especially with someone like Chet still in the game. As someone also said, looks like New Airai will dominate the next few episodes with only Jon and Kathy as the rumoured pre merge boots on the tribe, and both are to leave because of outside reasons, ie injury and a unstable mental state.

They never show people who get medically evacuated in previews (Gary, Bruce, Skupin) but they have shown lots of people being sick or hurting themselves who ended up staying because it really wasn't such a big deal as the previews showed.

Again, not wishful thinking, but Jonathan still looked WAY skinnier in the China finale than he is on the show right now.
