Eliza said the second most person she would want to give the money to would be Alexis, because she is sweet and would do a lot of good with it. So I think mostly what that is telling us is Eliza's criteria - who is a nice person and who will do something worthwhile with a million dollars.
Eliza said nice things about Alexis, but i don't recall her rating her as 2nd pic or anything that specific. Keep in mind Eliza knows Parvati is a popular winner pic around her (Edgic and so forth). She probably even read my argument that she'd vote for Parvati before she did her interviews. Eliza is smart and would want to keep the jury outcome a surprise.
