Well, they do have the first Muslim Congressman, Keith Ellison, although that's a very liberal district. I haven't checked over there tonight. It's during TAR 3 and the likes. Then it's TAR5 and Mirna hate there just rubbed me the wrong, wrong way. I wasn't banned by Miss Alki herself, but her annoyance radiated just enough for me to realize it's not my place. Then there came Sucks. And my life has been better. Anyway, to TWOP's TK/Rachel love.

Sucks or Twop?? we're probably both a little warped. i hate that the racers seem to like to post there and not here.

There is bad taste and then there's crazy taste. Didn't they love the Hippies over there? Between Miss Alli's dislike of anyone who isn't either completely bland or pussy-whipped and greenraven's insane "zomg they are not real hippies and they makes jokes, burn them", BJ/Tyler produced more nonsensical bile than any contestants ever. Maybe ive been posting at the wrong board since the time I was 13..... They hated Gary/Dave and Amanda/Chris. And more than anyone Millie, but I can't remember if you liked them.

I haven't regularly visited that place for over 7 years now, but when I'm visiting other forums, I can actually identify people that are regulars there by the way they write. It's not just that stupid vernacular they created, either. It doesn't surprise me that they supported TK & Rachel since that place is a haven for hypersensitive people. Anyone who is remotely controversial, or too funny, or too harsh, or too crazy, or too beautiful (probably the biggest sin of all), or "offensive" is scum; so that leaves bland TK & Rachel out of that final four.

ETA: To be fair though, every forum like these has a group mentality to a certain extent, though TWoP's is much stronger than most. The problem with them is that they actually don't tolerate outside opinions to the point where if you disagree with the majority, you're better off not saying anything. People with unusual opinions at Sucks get flamed, but no one holds it against them. ETA 2: Also, for a place called "Television without Pity" that prides itself on their "snarky" and "hilarious" views, it's a shockingly humorless site.
