Very nice ratings last night.
They hit a solid 4.3/12 18-49 rating for the second half hour and a season high 4.0 overall if I'm averaging it correctly.

Apparently people love watching others suffer.
A little over 12.8 M viewers (13.597 M was the peak) And a 4 in the 18-49 demo which is roughly 5.28M young adult viewers. Survivor won it's slot by wide margins once again. |

I like imagining random casual viewers channel surfing. Then they get mesmerized by watching the challenges or when something intense like last night happens.
I bet ratings peak at those times.

Glad to see it did so well last night. When was the last time an episode gained 1m+ on the last?
Last nights episode was more focused on the survival aspect of the game as well as the strategy. Obviously all that talk of the rain and the situation with Russell S. Maybe that's why it did so well? |

I'm guessing it had something to do with the ALCS game being on instead of Bones. A few Bones fans aren't baseball fans so they switch over to
Survivor? I'm really glad about the spike in ratings, but I don't think the upward trend will continue. It'll be great if it levels off here
though.
